Was overweight and very sick April 2006. Diabetes and associated ailments were killing me. Was overweight and depressed. proper nutrtion changed all of this and you can do it too. I mention in this video that I do not eat very much...well i do!!! this was in reference to junk food...I do not eat any junk food now. On a daily basis I consume only raw fruit throught the morning. For instance, this morn I had an entire melon, 2 pears and one apple. Then I have 4 large bowls of vegetables lightly steamed or raw. 2 of these bowls are put through a juicer and I drink fresh celery,parsley, cilantro (very important) cucumer, spinach, etc. I eat more fruit in between meals but make sure my stomach is empty of veggies for they require different enzymes and must be eaten separately. Also, over a gallon of filtered water with unpurified mined sea salt in it. I eat all day up until about 7 -8 pm. Must go to bed with empty stomach though, around 10pm.
