Fourth weigh in. 193.5-194

Ok, so I gained weight this week. A little bit disappointing, but I have been eating more than usual lately, but I have also been working out more than usual, so after adding up calories vs physical activity I still end up with approximately the same net calorie intake a day. We'll see how it will manifest itself in my next weigh in

Teen Obesity

Obesity is not a condition where an individual is simply eating too much. Obesity is now acknowledged as a grave disease that is chronic.
